根据国家教委制定的教学基本要求和２１世纪对人才素质的要求，高等数学课程体系改革的首要目的在于培养理工科人才所必要的基本数学素质．
Accrding to the teaching basic demands by the national education council and demands for talent qualities in 21st century, the first important aim of higher mathemaical course system is to train science and engineering men with necessary basic mathematical quality.
