中国共产党是执政党 ,加强党员的党性修养 ,是纯洁党的组织、提高党的战斗力的有效措施。高校党员党性修养应适应于新形势 ,从而不断提高党员的素质 。

The Chinese Communist Party Is the ruling party. It is an effective measure of purifying the party organization and enhancing the fighting power to strengthen the training of party members' spirits. It should be adapted to the new situation. In accordance with its own characteristics it should be carried out powerfully in order to enhance the quality of party member and the fighting power of the party organization.
