A Requirement of Consolidating the Politics and Ideology Education Contingent of College with the Network

高校思想政治教育进网络是传统的思想政治教育工作在方式、方法和手段上的创新 ,由于网络本身固有的特点 ,使得这项工作艰巨而复杂。目前高校思政工作队伍的素质现状还普遍难以应对这场严峻挑战。转变教育观念 ,树立“五种意识” ,是提高队伍整体素质。

The college politics and ideology education with the network is an innovation in the means of traditional politics and ideology education.Due to the particularity of the network itself,this kind of education appears formidable and complicated.The writer believes that it is difficult to deal with,in general,the severe challenge.In this paper the writer begins with the transformation of the educational thought,sets up'the five consciousness'which is the active strategies of enhancing the qualities of the contingent.
