以致倦库蚊作供试昆虫 ,对 187菌株的毒力进行测定 ,其效价为 2 16× 10 4IU mg- 1 并对摇床振荡时间、超声波处理等因素对晶体毒力的影响也进行了探讨 。

The toxicity of strain 187 has been bioassayed with Culex pipiens fatigans .The result shows that the crystal toxicity is 2 16×10 4IU·mg 1 .The effects of time of shaking and supersonicating on the crystal toxicity have been studied.The results reveale that the crystal toxicity is rose.
