摘要
本文以豚鼠和大白鼠心肌肌浆网膜(SR)Ca^(2+)-ATPase的活力,心肌质膜(SL)(Ca^(2+)Mg^(2+))-ATPase的活力和电子显微镜的方法探索克山病病区粮中低硒与心肌细胞钙转运调控的共系,实验结果为硒对克山病有预防作用的观点提供了新的理论依据,并进一步支持了“克山病是一种心肌线粒体病”的观点。
The relationship between the low level of selenium in take of Keshan Disease region and the calcium transfer and regulation in the ventricular muscle of the heart was investigated.The guinea pigs and rats were fed by Beijing feed (group A,control),Chu xiong (where the Keshen Disease is endemic) feed(group B,low level of selenium)and Chu xiong feed plus Na Se2O3(group C,supplemented with selenium).The specific activities of SL (Ca2+Mg2+)-ATPase and SR Ca2+-ATPase were determined.The results showed that in those animals, both guinea pigs and rats, fed with the low selenium feed (group B),the specific activities of SR Ca2+-ATPase were significantly higher than that of group A.The specific activities of SR Ca2+-ATPase in rat's group C were similar with that of group A.But the specific activities of SL (Ca2+Mg2+)-ATPase in two groups of guinea pigs and three groups of rats, were similar.The electro-microscopic observation showed that the number of sarcoplasmic reticulum of group B in rat was significantly accreted, which may be due to the compensatory effect.But there was no accretion in rats fed with Chu xiong feed plus Se.The relationship between the abnormality in calcium transfer and regulation and mitochondrial damage was discussed.The result further supported that the selenium has a prevention effect on Keshan Disease and that Keshan Disease is an endemic mitochondrial cardiomyopathy.
