课程作为教育实现文化传承的重要载体，课程改革就必须植根于民族文化传统的沃土之中，同时相应地增加现代科学技术和人文科学的成果，更重要的是对文化传统进行创造性重构，用现代哲学观念、现代 精神重新诠释传统的内容，使课程能体现传统文化与现代科学相互交融的富有生命力的积极力量。

 Since courses are the main carriers of education to realize cultural successioncurriculum reform must be rooted in the rich roil of our national cultural traditions and be added accordingly the fruits of modern scientific technology and human studies．What’s more important is to restructure the cultural traditions creatively，which means to explain the traditions with modern philosophic opinions and modern spirit so that the courses can make a show of kind of positive and energetic power directed from the fusion of traditional culture and modern science．
