高校思想政治教育教师的素质问题

教师是素质教育的具体实施者，而高校思想政治教育教师不但应具有素质教育的先进思想，而且还要把这种思想转化在教育教学中。这就要求思想政治教育教师必须具备政治素质、知识素质、能力素质、心理素质等，只有具备这些素质才能在21世纪做好思想政治教育工作，为国家培养合格的人才。

 Teachers are the fulfillers of quality educationand college teachers responsible for quality education should have not only the advanced ideas but the responsibilities to transmit these ideas to their teaching practices．Thus the educators are required to possess qualities of politics knowledge various abilities and mentality to fulfill their tasks of educating in the 21st century．
