跨文化比较企业行为学 ,是要了解文化在影响人的态度和行为及其他因素对组织的影响。通过对文化的倾向性和组织特征的研究 。
On the condition of the definite rate of economic increase,the improvement of factor’s efficiency can decrease the demand of factor’s quantity,and then,the factor’s increasing speed is lower than the economic increasing speed.The conversion of the increasing mode demand the higher worker’s diathesis.In this text,I emphasize on relation between the increasing method and the increasing employment.
