摘要
目的 探讨Miles手术结肠瘘口并发症的原因和防治措施。 方法 回顾性分析 12 6例Miles手术所出现的造口并发症。 结果 造口并发症发生 98例 ,其中造口坏死 5例、造口回缩 7例、造口脓肿、脱出各 1例、造口狭窄 9例、造口切口旁疝 7例和造口周围皮肤炎症 97例。
Ojective To study the causes of complications for colostomy stoma after Miles operation and its prevention and treatment as well. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with colostom stoma complications after miles operation were reviewed retrospectively. Results There were 98 cases with stoma complication There was stoma necrosis in 5 case, stoma contraction in 7 cases, stoma abscess in 1 case, stoma prolapase in 1 case, stoma stenosis in 9 cases, stoma incisional hernia in 7 cases and dermatitis surrounding the stoma in 97 cases . Conclusion Stoma complication often result from inexperienced practice or unskilled handicraft in operative and postoperative procedures.
