摘要
利用核酸的增色性,采用备有加热装置的紫外分光光度计,测定了己酸菌DNA的热变性温度(Tm),得出己酸菌G-C克分子百分数含量为30.9.测定结果表明G-C含量与传统分类允许的范围一致.
useing the hyperchromicity of nuclic acid to measure the thermal denaturat-ion temperature of the double stranded DNA with ultraviolet spectrophotonie-ter equiped with heating apparatus, the determined G-C content of Clostridium Kluyveri was 30.9 The results obtained was consistent with traditional bacterial taxonomy method.
