关于苏锡常地区基础教育改革的调研报告

Investigation and Research Report on the Basic Education Reform in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou Regions

苏州、无锡、常州在基础教育领域进行了一系列改革。主要经验是：切实把邓小平的教育思想作为深入开展教改的指导思想；切实落实教育优先发展的战略地位；狠抓教育观念转变，不断提高层次；高标准实施素质教育；以群众性的科研为先导推动教育改革与发展。苏锡常地区基础教育改革的经验对天津市的基础教育改革有诸多启示。

A series of reforms on basic education has been carried out in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou region. The main experiences are: solidly taking the Deng Xiaoping' S thought on education as the guiding thought for education reform; solidly putting into effect the priority stratagem position of education; firmly changing education concepts and increasing the level continuously; implementing the high standard diathesis education; and taking mass scientific research as forerunner to promote education reform and development. The experiences in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou region give out a lot of revelation to Tianjin basic education reform.
