摘要
大量实证性研究表明,人格素质的培养与塑造应作为优先的教育,作为素质教育的基础,而创新素质又是人格培养的核心。基础教育作为青少年成长的重要的阶段性教育,就必须担当这一重任。
The result of our empirical research indicates that we should give priority to personal education, and regard it as the basis of quality education. Because innovative ability is the core of personal quality, we think that elementary education, which is important to the adolescent' S developing, should take the responsibility.
