摘要
本文应用因子分析提出了一种分析亲本材料某一目标的遗传差异之统计方法.结合试验资料探讨了该方法在小麦目标育种中的应用,结果表明,以品质为目标(基于第一公共因子)的遗传差异,35个亲本材料可以分为5类;以产量为目标(基于第二公共因子)则可分为6类.不同的目标育种应在其相应的差异显著的类群间来选配杂交组合.
In this paper, a statistical method of factor analysis was used to analyse the genetic distance among the parental lines. It is available to select parental lines for the various purposes in crop hybrid breeding. And using the method, the authors analyzied a series of data in a wheat experiment. The results indicated that wheat parental lines in the experiment were classified into five groups based on the first factor(quality factor), and six groups based on the second factor(yield factor). For the various purposes in wheat hybrid breeding,the authors may combine crosses between parental lines according to correspondent classifying results.
