摘要
用图像分析与多元统计研究伴刀豆蛋白A(ConA)与活巨噬细胞膜受体结合时膜变形性随作用时间和ConA浓度的定量变化。结果表明膜面积增大,增大速率与ConA速度呈正相关。ConA浓度加大,膜园形系数减小,变形性增加,此等变化反应了细胞的活化。
In this paper, the image analysis and multivariate statistical method were used to study the quantitative change of membrane deformation with the acted time and concentration of ConA combined with membrane receptor of living mac-rophages.The results shown that the membrane area was increased, when ConA was added to the suspension of macrophages. The relationship between increment rate and ConA concentration is positive. While, at the same condition the circular coefficient of membrane was decreased, i.e. deformation of membrane was increased. All these suggest the important meaning of the cell activation.
