脂质体与磷脂单分子层相互作用的研究

INTERACTION OF PHOSPHOLIPID VESICLES WITH LANGMUIR LIPID MONOLAYER

本文尝试通过脂质体与磷脂单分子层(LB膜)相互作用去研究与膜间作用有关的问题。实验结果表明,脂质体的尺度、相状态,脂质体与LB膜的表面电荷性质,均对脂质体向LB膜的转变率有显著影响。本文尝试的方法有可能为人工膜研究膜间作用问题提供一条新的途径。

The interactions between phospholipid vesicles and monolayers were investigated by film balance. The experiment results revealed that the vesicle-mono-layer transfer rate was strongly influenced hy vesicle dimensions, vesicle phases and the surface charge of vesicles and monolayers. The methods we used may furnish another model system to study inter-membrane interactions.
