摘要
从组织管理和活动内容等方面对中国和博茨瓦纳两国中小学课外体育进行了比较研究 ,结果表明 :博茨瓦纳中小学课外体育以体育俱乐部的组织形式为主 ,并以体育俱乐部为单位来开展课余运动训练和运动竞赛活动。这种形式能充分调动学生参与课外体育活动的积极性和主动性 ,对培养学生体育的兴趣和能力以及提高课余运动训练水平等方面都具有重要意义。相比之下 ,我国中小学现行的课外体育组织形式已经不能适应学校体育改革与发展形势的需要。未来我国有条件的中小学应开展“体育俱乐部”
A study on administration and contents etc wsa made to compare the extracurricular sports activities of primary and middle school in China and Botswana The result proved that in the primary and middle school of Botswana,the extracurricular sports activities were organized in the form of sports club,which can arouse the enthusiasm and the interest of students in participating the sports activities and was significant for improving the standard of extracrricular sports training But in the primary and middle school of China the present organization system of the extracurricular sports activities can not adapt itself to the needs of the reform and developing conditions of Physical Education and Sport in the schools and colleges
