摘要
为探讨体育学院学生膳食晚餐热量摄入的合理比例。采用跟踪观察法调查学生的一日热量消耗分布状况 ,根据其特点及其生活学习节律变化 ,确定合理的晚餐热量摄入比例。与传统“晚餐要少”膳食方式比较对学生体能变化的影响。结果表明 ,体育学院学生晚餐热量摄入不是“要少” ,而是“要多” ,三餐膳食热量摄入比例最高的应是在晚餐 ,充足的晚餐热量摄入及高质量的食物结构符合学生的活动特点 ,同时有利于运动体能的恢复。
The article probes into reasonable ratio of quantity of heat taken at supper by students in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education Activity_observation method was used to survey the distribution of quantity of heat consumed by students in a single day,with an attempt to determine the reasonable ratio of heat taken quantity at supper according to the students' characteristics and the tempo of their lives and study Experiments were carried out to compare with the traditional way of “eating less at supper'about the effect on the students' strength The result showed that students in the Institute should“take in more quantity of heat at supper'instead of 'less' The highest ratio of quantity of heat taken in three meals should go to supper To take in adequate quantity of heat at supper and high quality food conforms to the students' activity characteristics and is good for the recovery of their physical strength
