摘要
分析了中长跑运动训练的负荷特征 ,首次提出了中长跑运动训练中存在的“强度拐点”和“加量临界点”的客观现象并作了说明。对中长跑运动训练中有关负荷演进的若干概念———现实强度、中间强度、目标强度 ,强度细分、强度时序进行了界定 。
On the basis of analysis on the characteristics of middle and long_distance race training,this thesis put forward and explained,for the first time,the phenomens of intensity turning_point and critical point of increasing training It also made a definition on several concepts including Actual Intensity,Middle Intensity,Goal Intensity,Intensity Classification,Intensity Timing,concerning loading development during the middle and long_distance race training,on which it designed two kinds of training model of intensity approaching during the middle and long_distance race training
