通过剖析当今世界体坛格局及发展动向 ,确立了 2 8届奥运会我国竞技体操的目标定位 ,即力争团体金牌 ,巩固传统优势项目 ,拓展新的夺金点。提出了加大后备力量培养工作力度 ,努力提高教练队伍素质 ,狠抓科技进步与技术创新 ,不断更新训练方法与手段 ,注意项目结构调整和布局的合理性 ,训练方向应由单一全能型向多元的单项。

By means of analyzing word sport setup and trend of developemnt today,this paper established the goal location of our gymnastics of the 28th Olympic games:working hard for organization golden medal,consolidating traditional advantage events and extending new golden point as well At the same time the paper put forward countermeasures as below The first is to increase working intensity of reserve forces training and raise quality of coaches The second is to keep up with the technical innovation and advance of science and technology and update means and method continuously The last is to pay attention to the reasonability of adjustment and layout of project while the direction for the training should be transferred from unitary all_round type to multivariate individual,all_round coexisting type
