本文详细论述了我国铁路建设事业的发展 ,介绍了“九五”期间我国铁路的建设任务 ,组织铁路建设会战 ,建设项目的完成与路网规模扩展情况 ,铁路建设依靠科技铁路工程水平的提高 ,铁路工程质量的提高 ,建立“统一开放、竞争有序、运行规范”的铁路有形建设市场 ,创造公开、公证、公平的竞争环境 ,以及完善了系统管理规章 .

In this paper, the author sums up china′s railway construction development, and construction tasks in the 9 th ″5\|year plan″ period of the country, including mass campaign organized in the railway construction, accomplishment of the construction programs and extension of the railway network. Relying on the Progress of Science and Technology: China railway will raise the construction level, heighten the railway construction quality and establish visible market of railway construction of integrated and open, well\|orranaged competition, and regular operation, aiming to create a competitive environment with open, just and fair regulations.
