目前ＰＣ机上主流操作系统 Ｗｎｄｏｗｓ９８、ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＮＴ“内含”的一些诊断工具，它们对诊断网络故障、检测网络速度和了解网络的稳定性具有一定的实用价值。本文通过大量实例得出解决网络常见问题的一些方法。

This paper introduces some diagnostic tools based TCP/IP. The tools exist in present popular operat- ing system-microsoft windows 98 and windows NT based PC. With these tools we can find network trouble, test net- work speedup and know about network stabilyty. They are very useful. This article gives some ways about solution network problem by a lots of instance.
