蔡元培对中国教育近代化的思考与探索

一个国家的近代化归根到底离不开人，离不开人们新的道德标准、价值观念以及行为规范的建立，而这又离不开近代化教育。在中国推进近代化是一项伴随着创新的伟大事业。创新需要人才，需要教育。因此，教育对于中国的近代化事业起着至关重要的作用。蔡元培大胆冲破旧的教育制度的束缚，致力于建立一种有利于培养近代化人才的新型教育制度。他在强调学生掌握知识技能的同时，又不忽视道德品质的修养。他大力提倡女子教育，主张教育平等，有力地推动了近代教育体制的建设，也是对中国教育近代化事业所作的一种重大努力。

A nation can't achieve modernization without human beings and the building of sense of value and the behavior standard in the final analysis, and all these can't go without modern education. Carrying the modernization in China forward is a great new cause followed by new ideas. Bringing forth new ideas needs talents and education. So education played an important role in Chinese modernization. Mr.Cai smashed the bonds of the old educational system audaciously, he devoted himself to setting up a new educational system which is beneficial to foster modern talents. He emphasized the students shouldn′t ignore the morality training when they grasped the knowledge and technical ability. He energetically advocated woman education and equal educaltion, strongly propelled the modern educational system′s setting up. That is also a major effort he did for Chinese modernization.
