Strengthening the Moral Education in Teacher-Training to accept the Challenge of New Century

江泽民总书记最近提出的“以德治国”有着深刻的时代背景和巨大的现实意义。从而使人们深深地感到德育工作具有一种强烈的时代紧迫感和责任感。加强和改进师范德育工作是一项长期、艰巨、细致、复杂的系统工程，它必须在统一思想提高认识的前提下，努力探索德育适应新形势的主题和内容，探索适应师范生特点的方式、方法和途径，加强德育工作队伍建设，建立完善的保障机制，以保证德育工作队伍建设，建立完善的保障机制，保证德育工作落到实处。

The theory“running a state by morality' recently given by chairman Jiang Zeming, has a deepgoing background and is of great significance. It brings our chinese not only sense of urgency and responsibility but also sense of being gratification. To strengthen and improve the moral education in the teachers college is a long－term and complicated systemic project. We have to unify our thoughts and improve our understanding to study the moral education and its content which agree with the new situation and to study the method which agrees with the students' characters at the teachers college. Meanwhile ,we have to strengthen the construction of the moral education group and set up a complete guarantee mechanism to put the moral education into effect.
