学报编排规范化是学报管理规范化对提高刊物质量具有重要作用。学报编排应提倡规范化，但不适宜标准化。学报编排规范化追求的是学报形式的统一性，有利于学报的传播；学报的特色主要在于所选文章内容的学术理论水平与新颖度及其对社会实践的指导作用，因而学报编排规范化与建设有特色的学报并不矛盾。现有规范中存在的问题会在发展中得到解决。

Problems of regularization at present will be solved as it develops.
