The construction of the governing party in socialist countries is of vital importance to the prosperity or decline, success or failure of the socialist countries. Ever since 1978,Deng Xiaoping, as the core of the- second generation leading collective, created and enriched constantly the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, including the substantial ideology of construction of the governing party, in the process of leading Chinese ivople to open up to the outside world and the construction of socialist modernization.
