摘要
本文着重对中美两国青少年犯罪的现状、成因、预防及控制对策予以比较研究，目的是为我国青少年犯罪研究提供参考，汲取他国取得良效的防控思想和措施，并依照我国的社会主义特色，制定更富实效的防控措施。
The essay stresses on the comparative study on the c urrent situation, causes, prevention and control countermeasures to the juvenile delinquency in China and America so as to provide references for study on juv enile delinquency in China, draw on the experience of effective prevention and c ontrol measures of other countries and work out more effective measures in accor dance with our socialist characteristics.
