早产儿听神经通路的发育神经生物学特性 被引量:4

NEUROBIOLOGICAL EVOLUTIONARY CHARACTERISTICS OF THE AUDITORY NERVE PATHWAYS OF PRETERM INFANTS

摘要 系统地观察了不同周龄正常早产儿脑干听觉诱发反应的特性,结果表明①刺激强度80、60dBnHL时Ⅰ波35周前,Ⅲ、Ⅴ波36周前明显长于足月新生儿(P<0.05,P<0.01),刺激强度30dBnHL时Ⅰ波35周前,Ⅲ、Ⅴ波至37周仍明显长于足月新生儿(P<0.05,P<0.01);②≤32周Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅰ—ⅤIPL与足月新生儿比较分别延长0.40和0.55ms,33—35周平均延长0.31和0.29ms,36周接近足月新生儿;③Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期—成熟函数曲线的斜率≤32—33周时分别为0.62、0.66和0.80ms/week,33—35周时分别为0.09、0.03和0.06ms/week,35—36周时分别为0.00、0.33和0.38ms/week。 Auditory brainstem responses (ABRs) to click stimulation were recorded and analyzed in preterm infants with various weeks of age. The results are as follows. (1) At 80 and 60 dBnHL intensity of stimulation, the latencies of responses wave I for the preterm infant ages before 35 weeks, and of waves III and V before 36 weeks are significantly longer than those for full-term newborn infants (P<0.05, P<0.01). At 30 dBnHL, the latencies of wave I for the preterm infant ages before 35 weeks and waves III and V, for 37 week-old preterm infants are still longer (P<0.05, P<0.01). (2) The I -III and I - V inter-peak latencies (IPLs) increase by 0.40 and 0.55 ms, respectively, for ≤32 weeks preterm infant ages, and by 0.31 and 0.29 ms for 33-35 week-old preterm infant ages, compared with those for full-term newborn infants. The IPLs of 36 week-old preterm infant ages are similar to those of full-term newborn infants. (3) The slope values of waves I, III and V Latencies-Maturation functions average 0.62, 0.66 and 0.80 ms/week, respectively, at the ages from≤ 32 to 33 weeks; 0.09, 0.03and 0.06 ms/week at 33-35 weeks; and 0.00, 0.33 and 0.38 ms/week at 35-36 weeks.
