摘要
研究了辐射增敏剂甲硝唑氨酸(CM)对受照前后坪期V_(79)细胞DNase活力的影响。结果表明CM在一定浓度范围内(1—10mmol/L)对DNase的激活作用有浓度依赖关系。细胞经6—12Gyγ线照后DNase活力亦增高,若照射合并CM处理后,则对DNase激活有相加作用。还就DNase活力升高与DNA链断裂间的可能关系进行了讨论。
The effect of a new radiosensitizer chinese metronid-azolamic acid (CM) on the DNase activity in plateau-phase V79 cells was studied before and after exposure to different doses of r-ray irradiation. The results showed that DNase activity in V79 cells was increased with increasing of 6-12 Gy r-ray irradiation.When the irradiated cells were incubated at 37℃ for 2 h, the DNase activity was decreased to the level of control group. With further increasing of incubation time, the DNase activity was increased again. The DNase was activited when the cells were treated with l-10mmol/L of CM, and this acti-vited phenomenon could be added when the cells were exposed to radiation and CM. The relationship between DNase activity and DNA strand breaking damage was discussed.
