摘要
本文通过全面回顾西方人格理论家关于自我与人格健康关系的理论观点,认为不同理论流派的人格心理学家都主张:(1)自我是人格结构中的重要组成要素;(2)自我对其内部以及对经验具有统一功能;(3)自我的统一状态是人格健康程度的标志。因此,形成一个积极、统一的自我概念系统就成为在人格教育乃至整个心理健康教育中的中心目标。
On the basis of reviewing the theories about the relation between self and healthy person- ality in western world,the article points outthatthe personality theorists in differentschools hold the same views. Firstly,self is an important component of the personality structure;Secondly,self has integrating functions with itself and experiences;Thirdly,the integrating state of self is the symbol of the degree of personality healthiness.The central task in personality and mental health education is to form a positive integrated self-concept system.
