摘要
教育既关系到国家、民族的发展，也关系到公民个人的社会地位和服务于社会的能量。受教育权的实现是一个历史的进程，至今仍未能彻底实现。本文旨在通过对受教育权在法律上的属性、衡量标准等方面进行思考，以期人们能更多地关注这一问题。
Education effects not only the national development but also the citizens status and the ability to serve the motherland. To realize the right to recieve education is a historical process which has not been completed. This paper deels with the legal nature and criterion of the rght so as to cause more attention from the people.
