摘要 步数计算短跑教学法,是针对过去的传统体育教学法而做的。过去在进行体育教学时,一贯地实行着“晴天一二一,雨天改自习”的教学常规,把一些体育课的时间浪费掉了,而且在体育教学实践课中,教学方法太单一,教学中经常是教师做示范作讲解,然后学生进行模仿练习。针对这种现象,为提高体育的教学效果,有必要对这种形式的教学作出一些改革。 Aiming at the traditional teaching method of physical education,the author put forward the teaching method of short-running by calculating steps. When teaching physical education in the past,we have been adopting the method“making exercises outside when sun-shining and teaching ourselves inside when raining”,so we waste some time.And in physical education’s teaching,the method is single. Generally,teachers make model and explanation,then students follow. Aiming at thissituation,in orderto improve teaching qualities aboutthe physical education,itis necessary to re- form the teaching form. Under the situation,the author make the experimental study of short-run- ning teaching by calculating steps.
