摘要
研究了光纤电压传感器光路系统中光源、光纤、电光晶体和光电探测器对测量误差的影响 .结果表明 ,采用谱线宽度窄、温度漂移小的光源 ,可减小电光效应的相位延迟误差 ;采用单模光纤有利于提高信噪比 ;采用多次提拉的纯净BGO晶体 ,可抑制双折射的影响 ;采用暗电流小、线性度好的光电探测器 ,有利于减小传感器的漂移 ,改善传感器的线性度 .
The errors caused by light source, optical fiber, electro optic crystal and opto electric detector in optical fiber voltage transducer are presented. It is pointed out that the phasor delay error of electro optic can effect be decreased through using narrow light spectral width; the single noise ratio can be improved through using monomode optical fiber; the birefringence effectively can be rejected by using refined and pure BGO crystal; and the small drift and high linearity can be obtained by using a small dark current and an excellent linearity opto electric detector.
