摘要
通过酚醛环氧树脂中环氧基的开环反应及酯化反应 ,合成了可望作为水显影液体光固化材料基本成分的水溶性酚醛丙烯酸酯季铵盐树脂 ,比较了两种官能团导入次序不同时的丙烯酸转化率 .对由不同反应物配比所制得的产物的水溶性、光交联程度、稀释性单体的影响及光交联膜的一些性能作了研究 .
Water soluble phenolic resin, containing ammonium salt groups, acrylate and quaternary is synthesized via ring opening reaction of epoxy groups of epoxy phenolic resin with acrylic acid and triethylamine hydrochloric acid salt, followed by esterification of hydroxyl groups formed with acrylic acid. Conversions of acrylic acid are determined for different sequences of the two ring opening reactions. It is seen that the conversion of acrylic acid in ring opening reaction of epoxy groups of epoxy phenolic resin with acrylic acid is higher than that in ring opening reaction of epoxy groups of epoxy phenolic resin containing quaternary ammonium salt groups. Water solubility, photocrosslinking degree for different ratios of acrylate/quaternary ammonium salt in the resin and effect of diluent monomer on the photocrosslinking reaction are also studied.
