摘要
将Al 5Zn 0 .0 5In 1Mg 0 .5RE阳极经过 5 10℃的 4h和 10h固溶处理 ,采用电子探针 (EPMA)和能谱分析 ,观察了主要第二相形貌及成分的变化 .采用恒电流法测定了它们的电化学性能 .结果表明 :固溶处理使铝合金晶界偏析相断裂和球化 ,Al Zn化合物数量减少 ,铝阳极电位变负 ,电流效率下降 .
Al 5Zn 0.05In 1Mg 0.5RE alloy anodes have been solution treated at 510?℃ for 4?h and 10?h, the changes of main segregation in morphology and composition have been analyzed by EPMA and energy spectrum analysis. Electrochemistry properties of anodes have been measured by constant current method. The results show that the segregation of aluminum anodes occurs to break after solution treatment, and Al Zn compound at grain boundary decreases. The potential of aluminum anodes gets to negative and the current efficiency decreases.
