摘要
为了更合理的制造线圈绕组 ,提高设备的可靠性及改善环境 ,近年来 ,自粘性复合漆包线正在扩大其应用。自粘性复合漆包线的绝缘层外有一层粘结层 ,只需通过简单的加热就能使线圈粘结在一起。尤其适用于电视机和显示器的偏转线圈 ,以及汽车用电气装置和其它用途。日立电线公司完成了新型自粘性复合漆包线产品的开发 ,满足了偏转线圈低温粘结和改善润滑性能的需要。也开发了高温度时具有高的粘结强度和低气味润滑挥发物的耐热自粘性复合漆包线。该产品特别适用于需要可靠性高和环境保护好的汽车用电气装置 。
Recently, self bonding enamel wires are finding increased application to rationalize winding work and improve equipment reliability, and environmental compatibility. Self bonding enamel wire has a bonding layer outside of the insulation layer, and simple heating allows the bonding of coil on to it. In particular, demand has increased significantly for deflection yoke coils, which are used in TV and display applications, and for the coils in electrical equipment for automobiles and other uses. Hitachi Cable Co., Ltd. has completed a product line up of new self bonding enamel wires particularly for deflection yoke coils responding to the recent needs for low temperature bonding and improved slip performance as well. It has also developed heat resistant self bonding enamel wires having high adhesion strength at elevated temperatures and low odor emission especially suitable for coils for electrical equipment for automobiles, which require an excellent reliability and compatibility with the environment. An extensive application of these products in various fields is increasingly expected.
