Practice of Spinning 19.5 tex Ramie/Cotton Blended Yarn with Cotton Comb Spinning System

由于苎麻纤维的特性 ,在棉纺粗梳纺纱系统上一般只能纺制较粗特的麻 /棉纱 ,而目前一些厂家采用精梳纺纱系统纺制出了高品质的细特麻 /棉纱。本文分析了精梳纺纱系统的优势 ,并总结了1 9.5tex麻 55/棉 4 5精梳纱的生产经验 ,为开发细特高比例含麻产品提供参考。

Because of the characteristics of ramie fiber,it is usual to make coarse ramie/cotton blended yarn with cotton card spinning system.This paper analyses the advantages of comb spinning system in spinning ramie/cotton yarn,and passes on the experience of producing 19 5 tex ramie 55/cotton 45 blended yarn in order to give a reference of fine high ramie content production.
