Status and Expectation in Sericulture Development:

近50年来 ,我国蚕业科学技术有了长足的进步 ,极大地促进了蚕业生产向深度与广度拓展。21世纪是高新技术的世纪 ,技术创新将成为影响国家实力、行业潜力、企业活力的重要因素。新世纪的中国蚕业要致力于基础与应用基础研究 ,要立足于技术创新 ,立足于技术与经济的进一步结合。

Great advance has been made in sericulture science and technology in resent 50 years. Sericulture is now developing rapidly in depth and extent. Since 21st century is a century with high and new technology, technology innovation will become an important effecting factor to strength of nation, strength of industry and energy of enterprise. The development of Chinese sericulture in the century will be based on basic applied science, technology innovation and combination of technology and economy.
