消解剂对低钙样品钙含量测定的影响

Digestion Solvent's Effect on the Determination of Calcium Content in Low Calcium Content Samples

研究了 3∶ 1硝酸、高氯酸混合液 ,8∶ 1∶ 1硝酸、硫酸、高氯酸混合液及硫酸加高氯酸三种常用消解剂对低钙样品钙含量测定的影响 ,以牡丹叶为样品的研究结果表明 ,用前两种消解剂消解样品时 ,测定结果一致 ,回收率分别为 99.81 %和 99.1 5 % ,而用第三种消解剂消解样品时测定结果明显偏低 ,回收率只有 70 .75 %。

The effect of the three kinds of most commonly used digestion solvents-the mixed fluid of nitric acid and perchloric acid (3∶1),the mixed fluid of nitric acid,sulphuric acid and perchloric acid (8∶1∶1),and sulphuric acid and perchloric acid -on the determination of calcium content in low calcium content sample has been studied.The study result of using peony leaves as sample showed that when using the first two kinds of digestion solvents to digest samples,the determining results showed no difference,the rates of its recovery were 99.81% and 99.15% respectively.And when using the third digestion solvent to digest samples,the determining result was obviously low,its recovery rate was only 70.75%.
