低能量激光治疗腰棘上韧带和棘间韧带损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Low Energy Laser Treatment on Superspinal and Interspinal Ligaments Injuries

用半导体激光仪所发生的低能量激光对 32例棘上韧带和棘间韧带同时损伤的病人进行了治疗。病人的平均年龄是 39.31± 1 .5 3岁 ,平均病程是 93.5 9± 2 2 .73天 ,78.1 3%的病人都是在体育活动中受伤。以 1 0度疼痛评分法结合腰部运动和局部按压作为疗效评定标准。经过平均 7.38± 0 .5 6次的治疗后 ,痊愈率是 5 0 % ,显效率是 31 .3% ,有效率是 1 5 .6 % ,无效率是 3.1 %。总有效率是 96 .9%。本临床观察发现 ,激光治疗棘上韧带和棘间韧带损伤具有有效率高、平均治疗次数少、见效快的特点 ,是治疗此类软组织运动创伤的较好方法之一。

patients suffered from superspinal and interspinal ligament injuries were treated with low energy laser. The average age of the patients was 39.31±1.53 years old, average course of disease was 93.59±22.73 days, 78.13% of the patients were injured in sports activities. 10 degrees pain assessment method combined with lumbar movement and local tenderness examination was used as assessment stand of therapy effect. After average 7.38±0.56 times of treatment, the excellent curative effect ratio was 50%, good was 31.3%, fine was 15.6%, and 3.1% showed no curative effect. The total effective ratio was 96.9%. This clinical observation showed that laser could be used to treat superspinal and interspinal ligaments with high effective ratio, less times of therapy and quick results, which was one of the effective methods to treat this kind of sports injuries of soft tissues.
