摘要
为提高注塑产品开发效率和产品质量 ,引入了基于模拟反馈的注塑成型并行设计方法 ,建立起注塑产品设计分析反馈环与注塑模设计分析反馈环 ,有效地集成产品设计、模具设计和数值分析过程。同时采用与神经网络相结合的CBR模具设计技术和基于RBR的CAE分析结果后处理技术 。
To improve design efficiency and product quality for the plastic injection products, this paper employs simulation-based concurrent engineering means to establish the product design-analysis circle and injection mold design-analysis circle that can efficiently integrate product design, injection mold design and numerical simulation. Meanwhile, the Case-based reasoning technology combined with neural network is introduced to mold design and the Rule-based reasoning technology to post-process of the CAE data, which results in a concurrent design-analysis system for plastic injection products.
