摘要
介绍了汽车上常见的外覆盖件冲压工艺方案的确定过程 ,并以“郑州尼桑”轻型皮卡“顶盖”为例 ,针对此件成形难 ,取件难这一特点 ,确定了合理的冲压工序为①拉延②修边③翻边④整形 。
In this paper, the determination procedure of general automobile outer body coverage's press forming project is introduced.Taking “zheng zhou nissan pickup”roof for example,reasonable sequence is technologically arranged,particularly considering the difficulty on its reshaping and blank take out ① stretch forming ② towing ③ riming ④ reshaping. Meanwhile,it mainly introduced the design points of reshaping mould and the method of smoothly blank take out after reshaping.
