摘要
主要叙述了H13、QRO80M、QRO90SUPREME等新型热作模具钢的性能、使用特点及其热处理工艺技术方法。H13钢是应用广泛的中温 (<6 0 0℃ )热作模具钢 ;与第 2代热作模具钢相比 ,QRO80M、QRO90SUPREME钢具有①更细的显微组织 ;②更高的回火稳定性 ;③更好的热强性 ;
This paper mainly introduces the property, character and heat treatment technology method of H13, QRO 80M, QRO 90 SUPREME which are new types of hot-mold steel. In the middle-temperature, H13 steel is very useful for many purposes. Campared with high-quality H13 steel, QRO 80M and QRO 90 SUPREME steel have many advantages: finer microstructure, higher tempering stability, more excellent hot-strength and hot-hardness, higher high-temperature strength and the same normal-temperature mechanical properties.
