全国大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)管理体制现状分析与对策

The Analysis on the Present State of Management System and Related Research of Strategy about CUBA

全国大学生篮球联赛是新兴的赛事，运转合理将有力地推动中国篮球事业的发展。本文在系统理论的指导下，对全国大学生篮球联赛管理的组织机构、竞赛管理的性质、大篮协与赞助商的关系、竞赛规程、法规建设、竞赛水平等几方面进行调查与分析后提出，要进一步确立大篮协组织机构的广泛性、民主性、权威性；竞赛管理上走“民办公助”的道路；大篮协与赞助商彼此独立运作；确定合理的竞赛时间、分级等；尽快建立法规体系和逐步提高竞赛水平等对策。

CUBA is a new phenomenon in China, the rational organization of which will greatly advance the basketball cause of China. Guided by a systematic theory, this thesis has made an analysis of the managerment organization, the nature of the orgnization, and the relationship between the CUBA and the Sponsors. After the analysis, the thesis puts forward some suggestions as follows: The popularity, democracy, and the authority of the CUBA should be established. The organization of the match should be unofficially oriented with official support. The organization and management of CUBA and the sponsors should be independent. A reasonable timetable and ranking of CUBA should be determined. Relevant laws should be made as soon as possible and the laws should be carried out strictly. The level of the match should be promoted.
