摘要 本文首先对无氧阈(AT)的基本概念及原理做了简要叙述,又分别对AT的气体代谢测定方法及标准、血乳酸测定方法及标准、用心率对AT的评定方法、用血气指标对AT的评定方法进行了详细的阐述,并从性别、年龄、训练方式、训练水平、肌纤维组成以及运动项目等方面分析了AT影响因素,最后对AT的应用、关于AT理论的几种不同观点做了概述。 Firstly, the article relate the basic concept and principle of Anaerobic Threshold (AT) briefly. Then, elaborate several methods and criterion to test AT, such as use respiratory metabolism index, use blood lactate, use heart rate, use blood gas index. and analyze infection of sex, year, train way, train level, form of muscle fibril, sport items, Finally, summarize the application of AT and several different views about AT theory.
