三峡工程建设促进西部大开发与长江流域可持续发展

摘要 三峡水利枢纽是在长江上修建的世界第一大水电站,具有巨大的防洪、发电、航运等综合效益,是开发治理长江的骨干工程。实施西部地区大开发战略,加快中西部地区的发展,是面向新世纪,为扩大内需,推动国民经济持续增长的重大决策。三峡工程建成后,正常蓄水位175 m,防洪库容221.5亿 m3,将保护长江中下游广大平原湖区,使国土开发长治久安,人民安居乐业。装机1 820万kW,年发电量847亿kW·h,远景规划滚动开发金沙江上游梯级,总装机容量可达4 000多万kW,参与西电东送,促进西部大开发。三峡工程建设,将给市场带来机遇,推动长江流域可持续发展,促进中国经济的进一步腾飞。 The Three Gorges Project (TGP) is the largest water resources project in the world at present scale on the Yangtze River (YR) . Possessing Comprehensive utilization benefits mainly for flood control , power generation and navigation improvement , it will be a vital important and backbone project in harnessing and developing of the YR .Enforced the development of China's West and accelerated Mid-West development are important decision in new century for expanded internal demand and promoted sustainable increase of national economy . After completion of TGP . With its normal pool level of 175m and flood control capacity of 22.15 billionm#3 , it will effectively control the flood on the middle and lower reaches of the YR . With its installed capacity of 18200 MW and average annual output of 84.7 TW·h , in addition,after rolling developing the upper cascade of Jinshajiang River , it will join the west electricity transmit to East and accelerate the development of China's West . The construction of TGP will bring opportunity to market and promote sustainable development of the YR as well as facilitate rapid development of China's economy .
