亭子口水利枢纽防洪调度方式拟定及防洪效益计算

Working out the pattern of reservoir operation and calculating the benefit of flood control for Tingzikou hydroproject Huang jia-wen Luo bin

针对嘉陵江洪水特性和各防护对象的要求，采用“固定下泄法”和“等蓄量法”相结合，拟定亭子口水库的防洪调度方式；并采用长江委河道系数法，进行洪流演进计算，核算水库对各频率不同典型洪水的防洪效果；通过深入现场调查，估算各防护对象的不同频率洪灾损失；采用近似积分法计算亭子口水库多年平均防洪效益。

This article is directed against the specific property of flood in JiaLing river and demand of protecting object , Combining use ' the method of steady outflow ' , and “the method of equal volume of storage ' , worked out the pattern of reservoir operation , and using coefficient of river method of Yangtze Water Resources Commission for flood routing , Verifying the benefit of flood control . Through field visit , estimating , loss diffent frequency flood disater for every protecting object . Employing approximate for integtal calculus method to calculater mean annual benefit of flood control for Tingzikou reservoir .
