摘要
本实验采用7具新鲜尸体腰骶椎,测量其完整时、椎板切除加小主节部分切除和全切除后的屈伸后动度。结果表明,随着后部结板切除量的增加,腰椎各节段和总屈伸活动度均逐渐增加,且有显著或非常显著之统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。因此,对于广泛的后部结构切除手术应严格掌握指征,以防止手术后腰椎不稳。
Seven lumbo-sacral spines of fresh cadaver were used to study the mobility of flexion-extension in intact specimens and in those after laminectomy with partial or total facetectomy. The results indicated that the mobility in each segment and the whole lumbar spine gradually got larger with the increased extent of the resected posterior element. It is suggested accordingly that wide resection of posterior element should be cautiously applied so as to avoid the postoperative instability of the lumbar spine.
