摘要
立体形态定量分析旨在从二维图像参数推导出三维结构参数。但立体学中数据表格繁多复杂,算法公式以及校正方法常使一些形态工作者困惑。因此,作者用FOR TRAN语言生成了适于立体形态定量分析的通用软件包。其特点主要表现在:(1)程序模块化;(2)自动化程度高,速度快;(3)具有剔除异常值预处理功能;(4)通用性好,使用灵活、方便。所有模块均经过严格检验通过。文中最末给出了一个应用实例。
The purpose of stereologic and morphometric quantitative study is to deduce 3D structural parameters from 2D plane image. But a large number of tables, lots of complicated formulae and many correction methods on stereology may puzzle some morphological researchers. In view of the situation, the author has used FORTRAN languan to build a versatile software package which is applicable to stereologie quantitative study. It characterized obviously by: 1. modular structure 2. high automaticity and great speed 3. ability to eliminate abnomal values 4. flexible and simple operation. All modules of the package have been examineds trictly and seriously. An applied example was given here.
