收缩组织体视学参数的校正方法

A Correcting Method of Stereological Parameters for Shrunk Tissues

本研究表明,一个n维体视学参数,其组织收缩前的大小(P_o,n)等于该组织收缩后该参数的大小(P_s)与线性收缩系数f_s的-n次方之积,即:P_o,n=P_s·f_s^(-n)。根据相对误差(RE)导出P_o,n=Ps/(RE+1),式中RE=f^n-1。

Asbiological tissue shrinkage occurs when the specimenis prepared, we suggest here a correcting method of stereological parameters to get the original value. That isa parameter of a kind of particle of original fresh tissue which is n-dimension(Po,n-dimension)is equal to the product of the parameter of shrunken tissue (P_s) and the-n(i, e.:opposite n of dimension) power of linear shrinkage factor(f_s^(-n)), i. e: P_((?),n-dim nsi) n=P_s^(-n). f_s=I_s/I_o, here I_s and I_o are respectively the lengths of tissue before and after the shrinkage. According to the relative error(RE), we deduced to another formula:P_(o,n-dim nsi) n=P_s/(RE+1).In this formula, RE=f_s^(n-1). RE can get from table 3. The application for the correcting method was discussed, and an example was gievn.
