摘要
本文采用三维有限元方法建立了腰椎活动节段的力学模型,着重分析椎弓峡部的应力分布情况。结果发现椎弓峡部在人体直立法、屈曲位和伸展位均出现明显的应力集中,其中以伸展位时的应力水平最高。作者认为,椎弓峡部裂实质上主要是由局部应力增高而引起的疲劳骨折,而腰椎后伸与其关系最为密切。
A mechanical model of the lumbar motion segment was constructed with three-dimensional finite element method to analyse the status of the stress distributionin the neural arch. It was found that stress concentrated significantly in the isthmus with the spine upright, flexed and extended, and mos. remarkaby in extension position. The authors concluded that spondylolysis was mainly a fatigue fracture due to locally increased stress and was contributed by backward extension of the lumbar spine.
